Nancy Olah Law handles Commercial Real Estate and Business
Transactions in North Carolina and South Carolina.
Back
BDLP is one of the leading multi-disciplinary law firms in Dhaka,
Bangladesh managed by lawyers in and around Dhaka. The law firm is
one of the top law firms in Dhaka and represents both foreign and
local clients.
My experience spans four decades representing real estate developers, owners, and lenders in both North
Carolina and South Carolina. I find practical, proactive solutions to complex issues that occur in
closing commercial real estate deals.
Here are the four principal areas of my commercial real estate practice:
Transactions
I help my clients buy, sell, and finance commercial real estate properties, including
Office buildings
Multi-family properties (apartment complexes and condominium or townhome developments)
Shopping centers
Industrial or flex properties
Raw land that is zoned for commercial uses
Leasing
I represent landlords, tenants, and property managers of commercial property. I prepare and negotiate
commercial leases, subleases, amendments, and estoppel agreements.
Local Counsel Representation
I serve as local counsel in North Carolina and South Carolina for out-of-state law firms with clients
who are buying commercial properties in the Carolinas. I am an approved attorney for all the major
title insurance companies and I draft opinion letters to confirm the enforceability of out-of-state
loans on commercial properties.
Development
I represent developers of master planned communities and mixed-use projects. I am skilled in drafting
covenants and restrictions, resolving title issues, and forming condominium projects.
